I can't believe it's come full circle, and now I'm back working on this website in my childhood bedroom again.( ⚆ _ ⚆ ) Oh, well, it is what it is, and with the economy crashing, I'm very lucky to be so comfortable. I used to work at a fishing resort in the PNW, living in my camper full time, but the rising cost of living and PTSD from wildfires drove me back home. I'm getting back on my feet now, working, putting the parts back together. It's weird, I hadn't realized how big a part of my identity my job was, until I wasn't doing it anymore. Who am I, now that I'm not the wanderer with the outlandish career? Then again, now I'm in a place with indoor plumbing. So, bittersweet.

Building this is satisfying something, so I hope to keep building it. I'm cannibalizing a lot from the old one, but that just will make the bells and whistles easier to start. Until next time.
